NDUMBERI YOUTH EMPOWERMENT CENTRE

This project involved the complete construction and architectural finishing of the Ndumberi Youth Empowerment Centre, a multi-story civic facility funded by NG-CDF Kiambu. Designed to support community training, vocational programs, and small business hubs, the facility incorporates machine-cut stone masonry walls, steel-casement window glazing, secure ground-floor roller shutter doors, and a high-visibility, multi-color painted exterior finish. Our team executed the structural build, roof deck work, plumbing and water storage integration, and custom exterior branding/signage installation.

Our Solutions

To deliver a functional, vibrant, and durable community hub suited for high foot traffic, we implemented an end-to-end building methodology:

• Institutional Masonry & Framing: Erected a two-story reinforced concrete structure with exposed machine-cut stone infill walls for structural longevity and low maintenance.
• Vibrant Exterior Architectural Painting: Applied high-durability, weather-resistant acrylic exterior paints in bold primary colors, integrating custom 3D raised block lettering for facility identification and client branding.
• Fenestration & Security Metalwork: Fabricated and installed heavy-duty steel casement windows with protective grilles, glazed entry doors, and automated roller shutter access doors for ground-floor multi-purpose units.
• Site Infrastructure & Utilities: Constructed raised concrete plinths for high-capacity overhead and ground-level water storage tanks, integrated site drainage, and executed concrete access steps across the main building entrances.
