This project involved the custom fabrication, assembly, and exterior installation of high-grade architectural aluminum sun louvers for a multi-story educational campus facility. To optimize thermal efficiency and control solar glare, our team manufactured modular powder-coated louvers on-site under covered staging areas before anchoring them to the building’s exterior envelope. Utilizing elevated modular scaffolding systems and specialized mounting hardware, the installation seamlessly integrates structural functionality with a modern, high-contrast aesthetic.

• Elevated Scaffolding Operations: Erected stable multi-tier scaffolding frame systems across the building perimeter to ensure safe high-level assembly, nighttime progress, and precise bracket alignment.
• Seamless Facade Integration: Installed custom white aluminum louvers over dark neutral render and yellow architectural accent columns, maintaining architectural consistency across the campus structure.
